The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reaffirmed that fees paid for nomination and expression of interest forms are non-refundable, ahead of its national convention.

The clarification comes amid concerns from some aspirants over errors in applications, including contesting from wrong constituencies.

Speaking on the issue, National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said aspirants are expected to fully understand eligibility requirements before making payments.

He noted that the party assumes applicants are aware of their constituencies and positions, stressing that such mistakes remain the responsibility of the aspirant.

Morka said refunds are not the norm but added that the party may consider requests only in exceptional cases, subject to internal review.
