A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and senatorial hopeful for Benue North-East, Hon. Thomas Tyolumun Unongo, has felicitated with former Benue State Governor, Dr. Samuel Ortom, on his 65th birthday.
Unongo praised Ortom’s leadership and contributions to the development and political stability of the state.
Hon. Thomas Tyolumun Unongo, a senatorial aspirant representing Benue North-East Senatorial District (Zone A), has extended warm birthday wishes to former Governor of Benue State, Dr. Samuel Ortom, who clocks 65.
In a goodwill message released on Thursday, Unongo described Ortom as a steadfast leader whose tenure left a significant mark on the political and socio-economic landscape of Benue State.
He commended the former governor for his role as a leader within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, noting that Ortom’s influence continues to shape party direction and grassroots mobilization.
