The family of Patience Ede, said to be from Igbono in Okwutungbe, Ito from Obi LGA of Benue State, has appealed for urgent intervention following claims that she was allegedly kidnapped while travelling to Benue aboard a Benue Links vehicle.

A family from Benue State has raised concerns over the reported disappearance of Patience Ede, who was travelling from Lagos to Benue for her grandmother's burial.

According to information shared by relatives, she boarded a Benue Links vehicle from Ojo Barracks Park alongside three other passengers bound for Benue.

The family claimed her name appeared on the company's passenger manifest but alleged that she has not been seen since the journey.

They further stated that the matter has been reported to Benue Links and are calling for urgent intervention to establish the whereabouts of the passengers.
