Roy Abenga has publicly denied allegations of financial exploitation made against him by Judith Erdoo Auva, describing the claims as “baseless and unfounded.”

The Online Bishop issued the response through a Facebook video after Judith publicly demanded a refund of an alleged ₦200,000 payment she claimed was sent to him.

Online Bishop Roy Abenga, founder of Osusu of God Ministries and reportedly based in Abuja with roots in Benue State, has broken his silence over allegations of financial exploitation leveled against him by Judith Erdoo Auva.

In a Facebook video released in response to the growing online controversy, the cleric rejected the allegations and maintained that neither he nor his ministry received ₦200,000 in the manner alleged by the complainant.

According to Bishop Abenga, the payments being referenced were regular tithes and offerings voluntarily made by Judith during her time as a church member, similar to contributions made by other worshippers within the ministry.
He stated that the funds were church-related donations and not personal payments requiring reimbursement.

The cleric also addressed what he described as repeated mispronunciation of his name, clarifying that it should be pronounced as “Roy” and not “Loy.”
In his remarks, Bishop Abenga further stated that “the body of Christ is too big to be dragged by an unbeliever,” while invoking blessings on his ministry.

His response follows a public video earlier shared by Judith Erdoo Auva, who alleged financial exploitation and reportedly presented transaction records which she claimed showed payments totaling ₦200,000 sent to the Online Bishop. She also publicly called for a refund.

At the time of filing this report, the claims and counterclaims remain publicly disputed. No official findings from law enforcement agencies or independent verification of the allegations had been announced.

The matter has continued to attract reactions and debate across social media platforms within Benue State and beyond.
