A woman identified online as Akutse, reportedly from Plateau State, has allegedly died in Burkina Faso after reportedly travelling with a man she met in Abuja.

According to circulating social media reports, the woman reportedly met a young man said to be from Benue State and later developed a relationship with him.

Sources online further alleged that she subsequently travelled with the man to Burkina Faso. However, days after their reported departure, reports emerged claiming that the woman had died.
