That is the gap ZENVIR Directory is setting out to address.

ZENVIR is a new digital business directory designed to make it easier for customers to discover businesses and service providers while giving entrepreneurs, artisans and organisations a structured platform to present what they offer.

The objective is not to suggest that a verified listing guarantees the quality of every product or service. Instead, verification is intended to provide users with additional information about the identity and presence of a listed business.

Businesses will also be expected to keep their information updated as circumstances change.

For many small businesses, particularly artisans and informal operators, visibility remains a major challenge.
